I think the key ingredients here are the cajun seasoning, and the sundried tomatoes, which by the way aren't cheap, but well worth the money! The minute this hit my mouth my eyes lit up, and I couldn't stop making MMMM noises! I definitely had seconds. Yes please...and I took some to school for lunch today! It's very good reheated, by the way.
